The ssh/jaas functionality should be moved to a separate bundle, because it is not a basic functionality for the console.

Fixed with commit http://git.eclipse.org/c/equinox/rt.equinox.bundles.git/commit/?id=61b96b6e8095d80eab1707f38d6f4be9ec8d5023

Ssh/jaas support is moved to bundle org.eclipse.equinox.console.ssh.
The tests for ssh/jaas are moved from org.eclipse.equinox.console.tests to org.eclipse.equinox.console.ssh.tests
