Hi,
I'm developing upon Eclipse 3.6.2

% java -version                                                                                                                                                           2011-10-05 11:39:08 kkinfoo pts/0
java version "1.6.0_22"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.10.2) (6b22-1.10.2-0ubuntu1~11.04.1)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 20.0-b11, mixed mode)

Bug is reproducible, how does it occurred?
1. I started debugging an application.
2. Debugger stopped at a break point 
3. I continued using F8
4. Debugger carried on ( then they are no break point to reach )
5. I edited debugged file above break point
6. I saved it
7. While auto build is running and stuck at 100%
8. I edit the file again
9. Press CTRL + s
10. UI is frozen, file not saved
