When trying to create a web service through the new wizard, an exception occurs just after pressing next. No further feedback is given by the UI. The wizard seems to work once a web dynamic project has been created.

I can reproduce this with Juno 4.2
If I install the whole set of J2EE bundles, then it works. However as I install PDT set first and then just install CXF bundles, then this issue happens.
