Content assist for strLib

defaultMoneyFormat and defaultTimeFormat should not be choices for strLib since we no longer have the Money or Time types.

Hi paul,

I have looked into the system patch strlib.egl and java/javascript runtime.

The defaultMoneyFormat and defaultTimeFormat exist in strlib.egl and runtime.

I am not sure if we need those field, So I change the defect owner to you.
