The Councils page lists projects being mentored. The list includes projects that are inactive or have graduated.

The mentor relationship for these projects should be retired (I'll do that as a separate activity).

However, we should also fix this page to filter them out as part of the query.

This was a relatively easy fix. I just added a couple of phrases in the "where" clause to include "P.IsActive and P.ProjectPhase like 'Incubation%' "
