Although the project was one of the earlier ones that was migrated. Please update the R3_7_maintenance stream branch of org.eclipse.releng to point to the Git repo for the launcher bundles and fragments.

I released the changes to the core map to fix this.  Note that I had to shove qualifier settings into the build.properties of all the launcher fragments to avoid incrementing their qualifiers.  This was because we needed to modify all of these projects so that they could get their binaries from the binary repository correctly.

Kim, could you do a test build on the maint stream to make sure this is working correctly?

Note that I also updated the map to grap org.eclipse.osgi.services and org.eclipse.osgi.util from GIT.
