Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with 2 entities and association between them
2. Create class diagram and add artifacts on it
3. Select association name on diagram and open dropdown menu

See that there are no Annotation item, so it is not possible to annotate association on diagram. But association can be annotated in Annotation Property View

Ability to add annotations from context menu of accociation name edit part added.
