New => Project => EGL Project

choose web client or 
web client with services

click Finish. 

You will find none of the dependent widget projects are created, nor is the EGL build path set for the project created. 

If you click Next in the wizard, then click Finish, the dependent widget projects are created and EGL build path is set correct.

When click finish, the default widget libraries will be imported. The default widget libraries are read from the widget library extension points.
