CSS formatter inserts space before semicolon if comment is present, as in this example:

h1 {
  font-size: /*15pt*/ 20px;
}

after formatting it will look like:

h1 {
  font-size: /*15pt*/ 20px ;
}

Corrected the formatter and added a unit test for Indigo SR2.
