Build: Eclipse EGit 1.1.0.201109151100-r

When I switch and checkout a branch from EGit, lot of files get staged in the git staging view. There are no changes in file's contents. But when I check the diff using Git Gui, it shows change in file permissions.

old mode 100644
new mode 100755

Using Git Gui I did unstage and revert. Then when I checkout a branch using Git Gui this problem does not occur. I go back to Eclipse and checkout using EGit and problem occurs again.

I'm currently using EGit 2.0 and haven't seen the problem recently.

This was fixed recently. Try 2.1 nightly build.
