org.eclipse.mpi.core/html/*.html files all have a link at the bottom 
incorrectly coded as allindex.html when it should be allIndex.html (case difference) 
so none of the links work.

changed the case of the name of allIndex.html to allindex.html
so the links will work
(easier than changing all of the files now)
