Build Identifier: 20110916-0149

The help tab in the New Folder window causes crashes whenever it is closed or after some time. One way of causing this crash is documented in "Steps to Reproduce", which is the first thing I did after installing Eclipse!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open eclipse (fresh install)
2. Right click on Package Explorer > New > Folder
3. Click "Help" (Question mark, bottom left)
4. Close the New Folder window (Red X)
