Wrong base file in File Context when adding review item from commit review item from Compare editor only.  The base displayed in the new resource review item is equal to the base of the original commit review item.  Both base and Target for the new resource review item should be equal to the target of the original commit review item

Take note that it works correctly if the Resource review item is added from the single editor.
