Drop a Menu on a RUIHandler.
In the Outline view, the following elements are shown:

Box(optionsBox)
GridLayout
  Menu(Menu)
    Span(titleBar)
In RBD, only the Menu element is in the view.

Click on Box or Span and its' properties are in the Properties view.
But changing any of the properties doesn't do anything.
