EDT combo

Drop a Combo on a RUIHandler.
Select the Combo in the Outline view and General in the Properties view.
There is no button to press to modify the list of values.
And the value that's displayed doesn't have quotes around it as it does in RBD.

Re-assigning to the IDE component, since this sounds like it's an issue with the Properties view.
