Currently @AdaptiveRefreshPolicy@ can only react to filter changes when the text filter changes.  There are cases where the filter could change even if the filter text remains the same.  For example, if checkboxes or other controls were involved in configuring a filter, the @AdaptiveRefreshPolicy@ would need to react to changes in these as well.
