I am seeing this as well with the following testcase:
function start()
var1 button?;
var1.text = "foo";
end
It could be related to the fat that the default browser on Windows is IE.

Build Identifier: 20110929 nightly build VE got no error message when resource binding setting was wrong Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create Web Client with Service Project 2. Create a simple service, and a RUIHandler 3. Add service declaration in RUIHandler srv service1{@Resource {}}; 4. If the service binding info in DD file is wrong. The VE design view and preview shows nothing and no error message. While run page in browser got error message which indicate errors in DD service binding.
