It is very frustrating to have an empty Perspective shortcut menu on the scout perspective. All Scout Developers switch to at least one other perspective. (Debug for example). Having some choices in the “Add perspective” menu would be nice nice.

Solution:
add perspectiveShortcut elements in the org.eclipse.ui.perspectiveExtensions extension point
