there's no margin between the name and actions in the git clones page.

we may have this problem universally (so maybe style for the navigator to fix it?)  it's just more noticeable when the first command is text.

For git clones this was only noticeable on clone.
More noticeable in the navigator across all browsers (but the icon helped).

Fixed in the generic nav css.
