Could be - if I understand the discussion correctly normally the 32bit version is used on standard windows install (This would explain why I do not see the problems in the external IE 9). Maybe the IDE browser widget uses the 64bit version and causes those problems - just a wild guess. If you are using 64bit of Eclipse and JDK, probably it loads 64bit of IE too.
