Birt was disabled in the Juno aggregator so I had to remove all dependencies to Birt in MoDisco:

removed from dev.feature:
org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.feature

modisco.tests:
- removed org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.tests twice from the Manifest.MF
- disabled org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.tests.AllTests.class and org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.tests.AllTests.class from the test suite

tests.feature:
removed org.eclipse.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.tests
removed org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.java.discoverer.benchmark.tests

Presumably the testing was re-instead sometime.

BIRT has died with only the chartmodel retained for legacy purposes in 2019-12.
