I have a file (IWSProjectDiscover.java) in a review (Sept26Basic-3) from my group (InitialGroup).
In the review property, I can see a target and a base file
I used the double click to open the compare editor and it only open the file in a single editor.

Should be fixed with the fix for bug 359246.  We will verify this
