There seems to be a few problems with our e4 downloads.

The 0.12M1 link works but when it can't seem to find the eclipse-e4-repo-incubation-0.12M1.zip file for download.

The 0.12M2 link is a dead link and goes nowhere.

I fixed this. It was a typo in the href, possibly caused by the promotion script.

This is not just a broken link. It looks like the e4 builds have been completely broken since mid-September. 20110914 is the last build that has valid contents. Every build since then is missing an index.html and missing the actual built repository.

To be somewhat controversial, I don't know why we are continuing to build e4 if nobody is interested in the downloads. The build has been broken over a month, including a completely broken build promoted as 0.12 M2. So far nobody other than Remy/David seems to have noticed.

Well I don't notice because I'm always working with repo in an inner eclipse - but if you stop build e4 you'll loose the only available e4 tooling

I wasn't really serious about stopping building it. But it was a bit surprising to see it broken so long with nobody noticing. Actually looking at the duplicates I see Lars also noticed. I think we should at least revisit what is being built as part of e4 build though. I see a bunch of things in M1 that nobody has worked on for a long time (for example JavaScript support, bespin server).

Looks like we couldn't find EMF for the e4 part of the build:

I fixed this in M3 by specifying the EMF 2.8milestone repo for the e4 build.  It was set to 2.8milestone/base, which works fine for the 4.2 SDK build but doesn't contain enough info for the e4 0.12 build.
