If you move a FixPointAnchor/BoxRelativeAnchor it will jump to a wrong location. 

This occurs only if the location of the anchor's GA is not at (0,0).

Fixed. FixPointAnchor and BoxRelativeAnchor have the correct location after a move.

For the calculation of the new location the location of the anchor's GA will also considered.
