source editor, menu, EGL Source, EGL Service, Wiki doc

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.new workspace
2.new project
3.new rui handler, rui service or other files with source editor
4.FIRST time right click on the source editor, there is Wiki Text on the menu, select one item, it throws error: Can't not guess markup language for the file "---";
5. FIRST time right click, there is also an extra EGL Source item at the bottem beside the EGL Service;
6. SECOND time right click, both 4 and 5 disappear.
