In insert data wizard, if user changed the "Create Widgets For", "Add support for formatting and validation" will be reset to checked. This should remains the user selection but not always reset.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Web Client Project
2. Create RUIHandler, add some variable in source view
3. Switch to design view, drag a variable from EGL data to open the Insert Data wizard
4. The "Add support for formatting and validation" is checked by default, check it off.
5. Change the selection of "Create Widgets For", the "Add support for formatting and validation" will reset to checked but not the user selection(unchecked)
