I changed this to Normal, since the following text should not be typical:

Button2 Button = new Button;

Users should only need to say:

Button2 Button;

If you cannot set text on Button2 after using this text, than it is a critical issue.

This is the same issue as 359165 -- the only difference is that lack of a settings block.  The real issue in both cases is that this way of declaring an object results in two new statements;  see 359165 for the details of why that's currently problematic.
