On page 53 in our UserManual is a missing description for starting AUTs with the autrun command. In the introduction of this chapter is the Description that only AUTs which can be started by an executable file can be used by the autrun command. 

In addition executable jar files can be used too.

I have removed the specifics relating to the executable file from the documentation.
