To reproduce:
- do "File > New > Other..."; select "Papyrus > Papyrus Project"
- choose diagram language = UML
- Select diagram kind: UML Class Diagram
- Click Finish
- Add a Class on the diagram that opened
- Leave the default class name
- Click in blank space in the editor to close the floating text editor
- Look at the "File>Save" action (Ctrl+S) : it is disabled

Workaround : close the editor and click "yes" (save changes), or use the "Save All" action.

Most save issues have been solved. I cannot reproduce the issue.
