Build Identifier: 20110924

Try to not use default project location, and make project directory blank. User could still go to Next step at this time, although there is an error message showing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to new an EGL project.
2. In EGL project page of new project wizard, input a project name.
3. Click checkbox of project location, and make sure the project directory is blank.

Actual results: There is an error message showing "the directory for the project is not specified", but the Next button is still enabled. The creating progress will be finally fail if user clicks Next and Finish button.
