"Project existing" error message will disappear after editing base package

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New a basic EGL project named test.
2. Try to new another EGL project also named test.
3. After input "test" in project name text field, the project existing error message is displaying.
4. Go to Base package text field and do some editing.

Actual results: There are no errors in wizard, but user could not go to next at all.

This won't exist because base package has moved to other pages ONLY in Web Client with Service template

Yes, the wizard has changed, so I close it now.
