Build Identifier: 20110923

Decimal data type in DB2 Express will be converted to decimal(x, null), but "null" is not accepted in decimal(x,y).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install DB2 Express with its sample db.
2. New an EGL project.
3. Try to convert all the tables in sample db to egl records file.

Actual results: Decimal data type in DB2 Express will be converted to decimal(x, null), but "null" is not accepted in decimal(x,y).
