There are a number of warning for deprecations in the projects org.eclipse.help. org.eclipse.help.base, org.eclipse.help.ui and org.eclipse.help.webapp which can be easily eliminated.

The warnings are:

The constructor DefaultScope() is deprecated	
The constructor InstanceScope() is deprecated
The import org.eclipse.help.internal.webapp.StatusProducer is never used
The method toURL() from the type File is deprecated
