Some Element are present in the palette and are not useful : 
	- PackageImport
	- ElementImport
	- Dependency
	- Model
	
These Elements should be removed from the palette.

Done in R5575 and merged in R5576.
PackageImport, ElementImport, Dependency and Model are removed from the palette. The corresponding code is not yet deleted. This action should be done only on the trunk for the 0.9.0. (bug 358860)

PackageImport and ElementImport will be conserved, but improved to propose a dialog to import the wanted elements. (bug 358861).
