Build Identifier: 20110920

In new record wizard, if user inputs a wrong file location or URL, the wizard will show a null error message. I suggest add some friendly message, such as "the file/url is not exist".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New an EGL project.
2. Select any type of Record, such as XML Schemas. Try to input a wrong/unexist url or file location.

Actual results: The error message is null. Please refer to screenshot.

I think it has not been fully fixed because I could get some unclearly message if I input some url string like following. Please refer to screenshot.
