Since we now have generic Resources a ServiceBindingException does not make sense. Instead we should throw a DynamicAccessException with 1 of the following messages: 'Cannot find deployment descriptor file : \'{0}\'' 'Resource binding key : \'{0}\' does not exist in the deployment descriptor \'{1}\'',
