There are some improvements needed for the automatically-generated contents when sending emails/notifications from R4E

- Resource Review items show as null in email
- Extra legend rows present for file s that have no anomalies in progress report email
- Position in file not set when selecting whole file from CDT project explorer
- File details not included when selecting file from Eclipse Navigator or Compare editor
