On Anomaly Details properties, there is a button "Update", 
this button brings up the dialogue "Enter Anomaly Details", 

the dialogue is not populated with the existing values of the anomaly, and when saved the Due Date  is not updated.

It seems the intention is to re-use the Anomaly creation dialogue to update the rule information. 
But ti should synxhronize all data on it, or use a specific dialogue for rule related information.

The following problems are fixed:

- No more exceptions when adding anomalies
- Position is correctly set regardless from where the anomaly is created
- Class, Rank and Due date are set correctly
- The update Rule dialog shows and records the correct information
