Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109192102

1) Create a default RUI handler.
2) Declare a string variable but not initialize the values. For example, aaa string;
3) Switch to the  Design pane
4) In the EGL Data view, drag the string variable to the design pane.
5) In the pop-up wizard, select text label for the variable.
6) You'll find the position for label with empty value is not accurate.

The problem also existed in RBD, no customer reported the problem. Set the priority to minor.

Deferring to 1.0.  This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD.
