It appears that I will also need the buckminster-voicetools-targetplatform job cloned.  I was hoping to just keep the old buckminster target platform that was archived in place and use the existing job to create a new one.  Apparently it removes the previous archive.  You can make the new job:

buckminster-voicetools-targetplatform-indigo
