Build Identifier: 

Create a project proA, in EGL Build Path->Order and Export, the proA/EGLSource is always be checked and can NOT be unchecked. in this situation, How about to gray the check box in front of proA/EGLSource and gray the Select All/Deselect All buttons to disable them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create basic egl project proA in a new workspace
2.open the properties dialog for proA and open EGL Build Path->Order and Export
3.There is only one check box proA/EGLSource and it can NOT be unchecked, but the Select All/Deselect All button are NOT be disabled.
