Description Ducky Sherwood CLA 2011-09-20 14:12:36 EDT
Build Identifier:

With Firefox, if I accidentally close a tab, I can get it back by pressing shift-cntl-T. It would be nice if I could get back an editor that I recently closed with a similar keystroke or menu command.

Reproducible: Always

Usually I use Alt+Left for this if I recently accessed that editor.

Comment 3 Dotan Cohen CLA 2011-10-27 09:26:57 EDT
Please provide an "Unclose editor" feature, similar to the Firefox "Unclose
tab" feature. I sometimes close editors that I mean to switch to (due to the
inability to remove the close button).

Thanks.
Comment 4 Martin CLA 2014-03-28 07:47:58 EDT
This would be really helpful. As a front-end developer, I'm used to all of the browsers I'm in supporting this feature, and it would make a real difference to be able to do it easily in Eclipse.
Comment 5 Nobody - feel free to take it CLA 2016-10-11 10:39:21 EDT
Ticket #236240 requests part of what this one requests.
