SOAP check box should be removed from adding service deployment wizard

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Web Client with Service Project
2. Open DD file by DD editor, switch to "Service Deployment" tab
3. Click Add button to open the "Add Web Service" wizard
4. There is a "Generate as" part, it contains SOAP service. Which does not support in EDT
5. We can just remove this part but not disable it if we won't support SOAP service

remove SOAP check box since we do not support SOAP web service in EDT 0.70
