Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109192102

1) In a new created workspace, create an RUI Handler in EGL project.
2) Drag a button into the 1st cell of gridlayout.
3) ctrl + s to save the handler, and click refresh button to refresh the VE (the extra step is not necessary if the VE works fine, bug 358171 was created for tracking this issue.)
4) Select the button, and move the button out of the gridlayout.
5) Click refresh button, you'll find the button go back to the 1st cell of gridlayout again.
