Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109172101

1) In any package, right click > New Record
2) In Source folder, click Browse > select one project (NOT source folder) > click 'OK', it will prompt 'Folder is not on the EGL build path.' warning message.
3) Input Name field, input a valid name
4) Click Finish button in the 2nd page. The wizard cannot be finished, but also no error dialog shows up and tell user what's the problem.
