We currently ship 2.7.6 of ANTLR. Unfortunately this version is not currently approved for Eclipse. It is not possible to create a CQ for the 2.7.6 version right now as that source code is missing from the ANTLR site.
The options are to upgrade to ANTLR 2.7.7 and create a new CQ or upgrade to ANTLR 3.0 and piggyback on existing CQs
