When working with several Eclipse consoles in parallel, it is very common to make use of "pin console" button of the console view, to prevent another console to popup, while watching a certain console. The setting, which console is currently pinned, is not stored on Eclipse shutdown, so after restarting Eclipse this setting is lost.

Storing the "pin console" setting would be very helpful and reduce the manual operation of looking for the right console, bringing it to top and pinning it manually again after each restart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open several consoles in console view
2. Choose "pin console" for one of the consoles
3. Restart Eclipse
4. Look for the console that was pinned before, it is not pinned anymore.

The 'Console' view is not owned by the UI team.
