To prevent timeouts when generating git logs longer then expected (see bug 357734, comment 2) we should convert them to Tasks.

Fixed with http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=b80f1a1938beaa85b5ea4ce39b54fe535f391919. Temporarily turned off by setting GitJob.WAIT_TIME to a ridiculously big number, so tasks are never scheduled. Gosia will set it back to something reasonable in bug 358214.
