Related to bug 217844 - Add warnings for operations, which modify tags (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=217844).

When commiting JSP tag files (they have extension .tag and are placed in WEB-INF/tags/ folder somewhere in your web project, e.g. "myproject/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/tags/mytag.tag") I'm always getting warning about SVN tag modification. Although sounding similarly (JSP tag - SVN tag) JSP tags has nothing common with SVN tags.
