Build Identifier: 20110918 nightly build

Focus changed when switch back to Overview tab in DD editor, it always change back focus to Deployment target project when switch back from other tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Web Client Project, and create some RUIHandlers
2. Open DD editor, in Overview tab, focus one RUIHandler in Rich UI Deployment table
3. Switch to other tab and then switch back to Overview tab
4. The focus changed to Target Project Combo box

Since RBD has identical behavior, and it is difficult to trace which control has focus, so will not fix  the bug

This does affect usability, it always focused to target project area. A mouse scroll will make the file dirty. So I reopened this bug. While this also happens in RBD, set severity to minor

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD

I think it is acceptable to always set Focus on Target Combo as other components as uneditable, setting focus to those components is useless
